All In the Family

Sona has practiced yoga with her family for the last 19 years, starting with Garik as a newborn and while Delaney was in the womb. Her children attended childrens yoga classses at Vital yoga as youngsters. She and her husband, Troy, have practiced together in classes, private sessions with Cheryl Deer, and at home.

Troy, Delaney, Garik and his girlfriend Cia truly enjoy their private classes with Sona. So, with the Seaton family it truly is yoga all in the family.
